How does the IntellaTread® anti slip formula work?

It is a chemical process that increases the coefficient of friction on a tile floor. It is not a coating that can wear off, but a process that creates a tread design on the mineral surface itself therefore increasing the surface anti slip properties.

Does the treated surface look or feel any different?

When properly applied there is no discernible change in appearance, however a high gloss tile may lose some of its gloss. When the surface is wet, the surface feel is clearly more resistant and slip proof.

Slip/fall accidents are a major cause of injury and downtime, resulting in loss of productivity and potential damage claims.

How long is the warranty?

Baths and showers are warranted for life. Domestic floors are warranted for 5 years and commercial floors are warranted for 2 years.

No, but a quality degreaser is highly recommended.
